- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I filed my taxes for the first time this year at this H and R location. The woman who did my taxes was Alexandria. Lets just say I have NEVER before been treated so horribly as I was by this tax preparer. She was extremely rude and demeaning the whole time I was there. So much so that I pointed it out to her Supervisor. The lady who I complained to gave me a 20 dollar gift card to compensate for her behavior. But I paid nearly 400.00 to get my taxes done here. I expect courteous and easy tax preparation. Alexandria was rude when I asked anything pertaining to my taxes. I will NEVER go here again. If I'm spending that much money on taxes I would prefer taking it to someone who is gonna help me not belittle me.By Sara Rivas, February 15, 2017
