- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I don't normally write reviews, but I just went here for a free half-hour consultation for my new LLC business. Lorraine explained EVERYTHING I needed to know in just thirty minutes! She was very helpful and answered all my questions. She explained gross receipts, self-employment tax & income tax very thoroughly. The consultation was free (idea being you hire them later when your business is doing well enough.) I'm pretty convinced they will be my accountants of choice when that day comes! - ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Update 7/2017: Phone service better. Business with individual employees positive. Still cannot enter notes on internal transfers until days after transaction. And now Smith's won't allow credit option on LANB debit/cards. Not sure if this is a Smith's/LANB issue or Smith's/Visa/MC issue. 7 months ago: Absolutely horrible phone service with conversion to new system. On hold FOREVER! Cannot get a human to answer the phone. December 16th update: still one star. Phone service is some what better but still plan on waiting if you want to talk to a human. Before the conversion when you made an internal transfer you could make a note on each transfer as to why you are making the transfer. Now you can't make any notation when you make an internal transfer. You can however wait a nunber of days after the transfer then sign back in and enter a note on why you made the transfer. Complete waste of time. The bank statement format is horrible. Set aside some time to decipher.By Suzie Que, August 30, 2017
